Each builder we work with offers option packages that are endless, including various roof pitches, sidings, windows, interior custom cabinetry, doors and trim.
The homes are built to meet or exceed the minimum standard of the Uniform Building Code (UBC), the International Building Code (IBC) and the International Residential Code (IRC) issued by the State of Colorado. Each builder will provide at least a one-year full warranty. The cost per square foot is generally 20-30% less than “site built” construction and takes 50% less time. Our knowledgeable sales staff is capable of guiding you through the whole building process, from assistance in finding land and acquiring a mortgage lender, to developing your land for placement of your new home.
